Going Out with a Bang!
This is the Last year for locally directed Region 1 Congress

May 19, 2006 -- Some of you may already know that this is
the last year that the Region 1 Congress will be locally organized and
sponsored. This is the last of several years that Cheré
Tamura will be the organizer and director of the Region 1 Congress. She
has done an amazing job putting together a spectacular array of presenters year
after year and deserves full credit for the popularity and success of this west
coast gymnastics tradition. She and everyone involved in this year's
conference are committed to making this Region 1 Congress the best ever. I'll see you there! -Matthew Miscisin
Region 1 Congress 2005
Region 1 Congress another great session.
September, 2005 -- This year at Region 1 conference was
another landmark for Gymnasticsman. It was the first opportunity for me to
share my enthusiasm for coaching directly with a large audience. I
delivered two presentations at this year's Congress.
Region 1 Congress Great Success
Region 1 Congress was well organized and very productive.
September 9, 2004 -- This year at Region 1 conference was
uniquely important to me. It was the first opportunity for me to share The
Big Book of Gymnastics Games with a real crowd. The reception was more
than I could have hoped for. I was honored by the compliments the book
received and happy that other coaches shared the excitement that I have for
making learning fun! We had over three hundred fifty visitors to
our booth and everyone had fun playing the Spin & Win game. Thank you
everyone (conference organizers as well as attendees) for making this year's
congress the best ever for Gymnasticsman.
