General Booking Information
Scheduling
As time is needed gather information and prepare for a presentation, please book for your events with Gymnasticsman at least one month in advance. Where travel by air may be necessary please book presentations at least two months in advance. All bookings are considered tentative until a deposit or signed program agreement have been received by Gymnasticsman.
Deposits and Fees
All deposits must be made at the time of booking to insure presentation confirmation. Deposit required is equal to half of final fee.
Presentation Fee:
$500.00 for the first 3 hours $100.00 for each additional hour
Travel Expenses (Paid by Client)
Actual travel expense is charged for all travel.
Mileage is charged at 50¢ per mile round trip.
A $300.00 per diem is charged for any travel which exceeds 3 hours one way.
Materials (Paid By Client)
Required handouts and prizes will be charged to the client at cost. The cost varies depending on the number of participants and the presentation selected, but is usually less than 50¢ per participant for any presentation. Optional purchases such as books or equipment can be made at the time of booking at a 20% discount.
Quote & Payment Information
A written quote of all total charges will be sent in the form of a Program Agreement based upon the information provided by client on the Pre-program Questionnaire. All deposits and payments are due and payable by the dates specified on each program agreement. Services cancelled less than 48 hours prior to event are due and payable in full. Services cancelled less than one week prior to event are subject to a $300.00 cancellation fee. Please make all checks payable to Matthew Miscisin
